Leverages over 30 years’ leadership experience working at Department of Energy National Laboratories/Plants/Sites in technical research and development and program/project execution in the areas of nuclear non-proliferation and counterterrorism, intelligence, nuclear weapons production, nuclear fuel cycle processing, nuclear materials management and disposition, and nuclear security. Project Management Professional (PMP) with extensive experience in managing complex technical programs requiring integration of multiple organizations and disciplines. Possesses a strong ability to understand complex technical problems and retain historical mission knowledge very well.
